A WASTE OF MONEY

I recently placed an order for my sister in Plettenberg bay... NETSP253 - Eat Pray Love The Bouquet...
When sent a photo of the flowers I was horrified. The bunch that she received is nothing in comparison to what is advertised and I feel that for the money I have paid R480.00, they are defiantly not worth it... they look like a bunch bought from a garage and shoved in the vase or worse... I AM NOT impressed with Netflorist and very upset. I would like YOU to deliver what is specified... I am in the flower business myself and I would never give anyone a bunch of flowers like that... this is not worth R480 at all...

The response I got from Zainab Ebrahim, was shocking and a joke. I have instructed them to redeliver. I have also CC the florist that was used in Plett.

In the past, if a specific flower can not be sourced I have had a call from Net florist asking if they can substitute with another flower - this defiantly did not happen at all...

I am truly disappointed.
