Poor Quality of Gelish

On Saturday the 16th of March, I went for a soak off, and Gelish overlay.
On the same day, the one nail was not completely dry, so there is a big chip on it. Another nail, the gel is all uneven. Within a few days, the thumbs have chipped and now they have gone yellow?
I booked for the express mani and overlay and was still asked on the day what I wanted? And express mani was not done, just an overlay. I am not satisfied at all with the quality of what I paid for. It's not even 5 days and they look shocking.
