Overlay on nails lasts 4 days?

I've been doing my nails and waxing at the Placecol Montana branch for the last 2 years, my last experience was very bad. I went for an overlay and in the first 4 days 2 of my nails chipped?? I phoned and asked them as this has never happened and the reply from the lady at the reception said they cant gaurantee me that they will fix it for free because they need to first see if the overlay is done propely and if the overlay isnt to thick??? I mean whose problem is that? It is very unfair for me as a customer to pay R275 for a eyebrow wax and overlay that only last 4 days. So i paid R275 for an eyebrow wax???
