Disappointed with service

It's more of a disappointment really. A friend and I usually go to the nail bar & downstairs branch of Sorbet in Hyde Park. Today we wanted to go together to have our gelish finger nails done, but neither Hyde Park stores could accommodate us, so we ended up at the nail bar at the Bryanston Shopping Centre. Well, what a difference in service.

They didn't push our cuticles down, or massage our hands, cut off the hangnails or do a good job of shaping the nail, and did a bad job on the actual gelish. We both spent time afterwards fiddling with the gel on the skin around our nails to scrape it off. We just had a generally very poor experience. Compared to the service we get in Hyde Park, it was dismal. We will never go back there.

Such a pity that the standard of service you expect of Sorbet doesn't extend to all your branches.
