DO NOT DO YOUR NAILS AT PLACECOL NORWOOD

I booked a gelish soak off and the perfect pro nail polish at the placecol Norwood branch. I called to confirm my appointment a week before and the manager asked me to come in on another day as she was highly confused with issues about the computer and bookings. When I got there the nail technician soaked off my nails but buffed my nails down so badly and hurt my cuticles so much that it was sore for a few days after. The other nail technicians that were around were not happy with the way the gelish was bubbling and then did another soak off on my nails. Two days later my nails were breaking from the centre. When I called the manager she did not even apologise for what had happened. Clearly the initial lady that did my nails was not a qualified nail technician. They spent 3 hours that afternoon and finished at 7pm. Placecol are really good with their facials and massages but I do not think they are capable of doing nails. If you want to do your nails rather do them at SORBET in norwood.
