Eceived the WORST service from sorbet in Rivonia

Firstly I was booked for the wrong treatment. I booked an acrylic tip soak off and a gelish paint. I was booked in the chair for 30 minutes only for a soak off ONLY. I sat in that chair for two hours, as I was also double booked so mostly waited while my therapist also worked on 2 other clients. I was so irritated and in such a ruch when done, that I paid for a service I'm extremely unhappy with. My nails are bumpy, skew, uneven and full of bubbles. Let's be frank, sorbet does not have the cheapest of prices and therefore I expect a quality service. As a member of the sorbet society I am extremly disappointed and put off. I will not return to a branch again.
