Pathetic Service

I hired a Gazebo form Stykled fuinctions which arrived short of all the bolts for our wedding day. This could not be used and we had to hire a different one at short notice. When i tried calling them on the day no one was ansewring thier telephone at thier offices and whjen I advised them abopu the issue there was no apology that was made or any attemp to rectify the situation. They still had the gall to charge me for broken boxes and a box for something that didnt come in a box. The general attitude of Taryn Adonis is putrid to Say the least and that of her manager Diana Campos.

They both need to be educated on customer service and the ethics of doing good business.

Thier service was disgusting even the people who had to collect the order on my behalf found thier service to be putrid.

We do not do them a favour by hiring thier equipment. If they can not deliver good service then they shouldnt be in business
