I asked mobile plus not to upgrade me but they did

I have been asking mobile plus to cancel this upgrade as I do not want it, but they continued to do the upgrade until 2015/07/05. when I call them, they say it is cancelled on thier side I must call 808 for any queries. when I go to MTN store on thier system it still shows the upgrade is on until 2015/07/05. I suggest you stop using these people, thier service is very bad, they will make bad name for MTN, thyey are soo useless. I have been trying to sort this out with no good responses mobile plus ref: MP2266638 and mtn ref: 103025404.
