They gave a settlement amount on the 23th November 2012 and sent a confirmation email that the account has been settled and later turned around to say that thier employee made an error in calculating the amount so the account was not settled afterall. They then later threatened to reposses (through their appointed agent SAADRA) the vehicle unless a second settlement is made, which was done to avoid the vehicle being repossed. BMW Financial Services need to get thier house in order and deal with employees causing such errors to the detriment of consumers especially those who do not know thier rights as consumers (The account holder is Mr Moholoholo (my uncle) and he is semilaterate and could not interpret messages that they had been sending him to notify him that this error had occured and i had had previously brought his literacy level to thier attention).. This is NOT so on!!!
