I am incredibly frustrated and upset at my recent dealings with the HPCSA . Im currently in a registrar post. I applied for recognition of previous registrar training time in January 2013 . I submitted my application and have waited for the outcome since then. I sent emails requesting acknowledgment of the application and also confirming that all the documents were present. I recieved one email back confirming receipt. That is the sum total of my email contact from the HPCSA.

Today I was told that, I am not a registered as a current registrar at all, therefore my application is denied! This despite me having a W number since Jan 2011 . My university confirms this, and have sent an email (once again) to the relevant people at the HPCSA .

I need this resolved asap and my application to be reviewed again. Because of the infrequent meetings regarding these previous training matters, I have been waiting since Nov 2012 for this meeting and outcome in Feb 2013 . I have written 4 unanswered emails, and left over 5 unanswered messages during the last 2 months. I fear this will continue to be the pattern from now on.
