Plastic strip on nappy

I recently bought a 82 pack of the Pampers Active Baby Nappies, 3 of the nappies had a plastic strip stuck in the middle of the nappy, What ever happened to value for money, clearly thier quality control is not doing thier job. I dont see myself using another brand either then Pampers and was extremely disappointed and not sure if I should continue with thier brand
