Poor services waiting for goods for 3months

We bought doors for caperd on the last week of october late year till today we are waiting for the good, we want to the shop thier keep on saying the salesperson is on leave. the personally think their poor customer service how come we black people have to be treated like this if i was white our goods would have been thier on time.
