I DONT KNOW WHY AM GETTING BILLED

Vimba security is currrently debiting my account every single month and i currently dont have thier system on my business premises. I called the head office I spoke to Dolly who admitted a fault on thier part an promised that all well be sorted it has been close to four weeks now and no one is giving me a straight answer. last week they sent thier techinicians to my place to have a look around but i havent heard anything so far. I question why they are taking money from my account when they are not delivering on the goods. i agreed that if they install their system i will keep with the system no changes.
