Still waiting for installation for 18 Weeks!!!

I Ordered a complete set of replacement lights as per the deal they were offering. On the 23 November 2012.

I even requested additional dimmer lights which they charged me extra (R250) for, which I paid immediately.

I was told 4-6 weeks before installation. I thought they would be busy or short staffed over Christmas so I did not push the case during the holidays.

In the first week of January 2013 - I asked for an update and was told it was being handled and I would receive a call from the installation department within a week or two.

The exact same thing happened end of Jan, middle of Feb and now again in March.

This is getting to be ridiculous... it has been 17 weeks now since I placed the order (AND PAID)...

I have contact their call centre 5 times and been told I was scheduled for installation...
