Installation still not completed after 18 months!!

I moved into my new house in September 2011. installation was done on 29 September 2011. Kay Kordier replied via email that the installation was not finished as 2 valances were short and one blind was made incorrectly by them, I ordered 50 mm and they installed 25 mm. They would rectifiy it ASAP. I sent a mail again on 22 November 2011, almost 2 months later requesting an update, Marcus replied that they received the 50 mm blind and they will let me know of installation date. a Week later, 1 December 2011, I requested an update via mail, again no reply, I requested an update again on 3 January 2012, no reply. I then decided to contact Head office, the next mail was sent on 5 March 2012 including head office in the mail. Debbie Geldenhuys from head office responded promptly and instructed Banie, the owner of Windovert Centurion to contact me immediately. Banie contacted me the next day to meet me at my house on 6 March 2012. In the meeting he indicated that the outstanding things will be rectified ASAP. No response from them, send update request again on 30 May and 29 June 2012, no reply, Send a mail again to Debbie 10 January, no reply... Its been a year and a half!!!
