Phone Transfer Cape Town to PE two weeks late

Ref: 68964288A Previous Tel No: 0217830369 requirement to transfer service from Kommetjie Cape Town to Summerstrand, Port Elizabeth on 22 November 2012 using 10210 call centre. Was told that installation date would be 14 January 2012. This never happened. On enquiry through 15 and 16th January was told that installation has been scheduled for 29 January. i.e. two weeks delay! Family not happy! No follow through from telkom, not even a courtesy call to apologise for the delay.
