Pleasuremax Tingling

I recently bought a box of Durex Pleasuremax with tingling lube condoms. Upon use, my partner seemed to enjoy the tingling sensation. However, after a few minutes she started to complain that she was experiencing a burning sensation. This has never happened before, and I assume it is due to the nature of the new condoms that we used for the first time. We have generally been pleased with other Durex condoms in the past, so I was quite disappointed that these ones had such a painful effect on her.
