Durex product not working

My partner and I have been using the Durex lubes for years now. Especially love the cherry one.
We love your products and don't mind paying the prices they go for in the shops.
So... as we planned our first anniversary get away for the weekend, I went to Dischem to buy a brand new lube (Feel). We got on the road and arrived at our destination for a very romantic weekend. Made dinner and just enjoyed each others company.
When we wanted to use the lube, we could not by any means get the pump on the bottle to work. This was extremely frustrating.
As it was a brand new bottle and this has never happened in the past.
So you can think how upset we were and are over this. My partner then took the label off and took a steak knife and made a hole in the side of the bottle.
Just so that we can use what we paid for.
We are not happy with this at all. We are used to great products, and then this happened.
Which made us very unhappy, as you can imagine.
Not a very happy consumer at all!!!

I have sent TWO complaints already in the last 3 weeks and NO response at all. Doesn't seem like they care about their products or consumers!!!
