Endless issues - the list goes on

I need to express my utter disappointment in this bridal shop.
1st- I wanted to make a appointment-was not allowed to.
2nd- realistically- how many young girls are size 6 or size 8 - the fact that they have so many dresses in those sizes is ridiculous.
3rd- we asked to try on 5 dresses that she liked from the pictures in your book- not one of them was in stock! She eventually after asking again and again found 3 dresses to try on. We then felt seeing as we had to pay to try on we would just find any other 2 - so to try on the "allowed" 5. This after having been to other bridal shops I find a terrible cheek, as the service and conditions that one goes through in your shop are terrible.
4th - The fact that your staff cannot even tell what size a person is, is pathetic.
5th - The changing rooms are a disaster, no hooks to hang the dresses so the curtain rail is used, so therefore curtains are not used, no mirror etc. The fact that you have to come out into the shop where all can see, even shoppers walking past - with majority of the dresses open at the back (because of the small sizes), is embarrassing!
Your website is misleading! We will not be recommending you at all!!
