Poor service and goods

End of February 2013 I Treated myself by upgrading my 10 year old sensation fishing rods to the 12 feet rocket sensation rods which i bought for more or less a R1000 each. After my third fishing trip, the one rocket's front piece came loose while I was casting which resulted in the rod being damaged where the two pieces join. I then took the rod back to Hook-It Angling in Secunda who is a supplier of sensations products and goods on the 1 April 2013. after numerous visits and phone calls to Hook-It I were informed that the rep from sensation were in hospital. I only got feedback regarding the rod on the 8 May 2013. I received a "report" RA No: 5233, with a remark: "No Claim, rod abused by customer". which i found ridiculous to say the least and a quick escape route for Sensation. It is very strange how my previous rods i bought from Sensational Angling Supplies lasted me 10 Years and the "top of the range" fishing rod only lasted me 2 fishing trips as it broke on the on the 3 fishing trip, 3rd cast. It is very strange how 3 reps couldnt make a decision, after inquiries to Sensation I was informed that Mohamed made the final decision. so My quistion is was it really abused???
