I applied to be a member of this organisation in October last year. Every order I placed with them had a problem. From supplying the wrong tracking number, sending the wrong items, supplying incorrect address for returns & refunds. They advertise you can use Fastway Couriers then send the packages via the post office speed services that costs 3 times as much. When you phone no-one knows what you talking about. Every query is dealt with a "i don't know, I am sorry but" nothing gets resolved.

I returned an Item to them on 22 January 2013. Till to day I have not received my refund. ON the 18th I enquired yet again about my refund. This was the response from them: Good Day

I was not aware of this myself
I am so sorry for all this
I know you frustrated at me
Please forgive me I will then get this refund done for you

I think its absolutely disgusting that a big company like them treat their customers in such a manner. How can you even ask for forgiveness in order for me to get my payment.
