Wrong order and refused to refund

I am so frustrated at Mc donalds... i am a loyal customer of the fast food company but recent happening makes me rethink.. On Saturday morning 07 September i sent my husband to Mcdonalds at promanade drive thru to buy 4 x Mc muffins and 4 x coffees, and he comes back with the not what i wanted, normally the order is confirmed on the screen by the drive through but he said it was not working and nobody confirmed his order when he got to the window to pay and collect the order was wrong, not what he wanted, and he said he wanted what he was suppose to buy and the cashier said she cant refund and if he wants coffee it will be r30 extra on the WRONG ORDER!!! also the manager had attitude and said they not allowed to do refunds and the order is made up already, now i want to know what happens when they prepack? it goes into the warmer right? so what nonsense is this that they cant do a refund? I want this sorted ut asap please i still have the slip ect
