It is unfortunate that I note the amount of complaints about the same problems with CitySlicker on.

I have requested refunds for 3 items ordered in January and never received. I have not received these refunds.

On 28 February I requested the refunds. On the same day I received a response saying the refund will take 7 -10 working days.
On 22 March I had not received any money back, so I sent an email. No response.
Today, 26 March, I have sent another email, and no response.

And no contact number?!

I do not think it is good, ethical business practice to disappoint one's customers.

Kindly assist as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.
