Important documents get lost

I had to pay speed services 4 times, for an over night service for my URGENT police clearance certificate to arrive the following morning, and the man i dealt with gave me someone else's tracking number, so when i called to ask whats going on, i was told the package was delivered, and then i get told that Sifiso from JHB branch just looked to see what packages were for cape town and gave me any tracking number... now its going to be 5 days late, i would like a full refund for the absolutely terrible service, so much for over night service.
