SA Post Office
No delivery, R100 down the drain for nothing

My mother and sister sent me a package on the 19th February, it is now the 23de and it has not yet been dispatched to the post office they sent it too. The reason being "protest". With such bad service, I am not surprised. They sent the package via Speed Services and payed over R100 for the package to over night it before the weekend, and this is the service they get? Then what is the use of Speed Services? I will be lucky if I see the package the following week. I am never using Post Office and Speed Services again, because this was not the first time this happens. The branches are also very slow and open on uncomfortable hours. Some even very dirty and 1 person to serve many customers. We also just lost R100 to pay for a service we did not receive, and with the nature of the post office I believe nothing will be done about this as well. Please prove me wrong.
