Poor courier service

I've just collected my "overnight" package that was "delivered" by Speed Services. Their service is just as bad as one would expect from any company affiliated with the South African Post Office. Their website is hopeless. When I could log on (it was down half the time), it showed that my parcel was "in transit" in Jo'burg - for two days. So I rang their call centre. After several minutes on hold, a rep finally answered and reported that the parcel was at my local post office. "But why doesn't your website tracking report this, " I asked. "It's at the post office" was the only reply. Then, of course, there's the joy of waiting 20 minutes in the endless queue at the post office as too few clerks serve too many customers. My recommendation - use a different courier or collect the package yourself!
