Game Rosebank has the worst customer service eve

I went to Game Rosebank during my lunch break to purchase a few things..I wanted a bio-oil but they only had a empty box there so my assumption was that i would get to the till and they will bring me another one..i get to the till and the cashier tells me after charging me for it that i need to go downstairs at the jewellery dept to get it..So i go downstairs and they tell they out of stock as if the inconvenience of fetching it myself wasnt enough..Now i realise i paid for something they dont have..My grief doesnt end there though..the cashier at the jewellery dept tells me i need to follow her upstairs for a refund..My lunch break is over by then..My poor self follows this woman upstairs, we get to the customer sevice dept and guess what they need a manager to refund..they tried calling two people and they couldnt get hold of them. I left the store with no bio-oil and no refund because i couldnt afford to wait for the manager..I must say Game is the only store that i know that has such poor service you wanna puke at the thought of going there..Your service is appalling and i want my Bio-oil..The staff is so lazy its disgusting..Customer service training way overdue..
