What a shocking experience with Waltons in Somerset West!!! I have just purchased R20 000 worth of office furniture. I ask to do an EFT and the banking details I am given, don't even exist! I try call the bank, off the letter head Waltons gave me with the banking details, and even the banks says they can' help! Then I go in to make a payment, and I don't even get an invoice, I must pay off hand-written calculations! Now, that I'm waiting for the delivery and our entire office is packed up, I get a phone call to say I paid short, HOWEVER THEY ADDED UP THE TOTAL and told me what to pay! I wasn't even given an INVOICE when I walked out the shop!
SHOCKING SERVICE, apathetic attitude and a don't care attitude, as they are so used to people just walking into their shop!
I am DISGUSTED with this type of attitude and once I have my delivery, Waltons will NEVER see my business again! I'll rather by my stationery from Pick 'n Pay than EVER spending a single cent with this company! And I WILL be spreading the word to other business owners!
Shame on you Waltons! Shame on you!!
