Back to school chaos and no aircon

On Monday I had the misfortune of running into Waltons Fourways to get the kids stationery. It what chaos to say the least. The worst of it was that the aircons weren't working on a busy busy day in the shop and 31 degrees outside. I am not sure if it was the entire centre or just Waltons but management very kindly walked around with ice cold water for the melting adults and suckers for the irritable kids. No it did not shorten the queue I still stood in the queue for nearly an hour but it did soften the blow. Thanks for thinking of water to keep us going. Appreciate it!
