Prompt repairs

My 2 month old 750W kenwood stick blender started rusting on the inside of the shaft, but not in contact with the food areas. I lodged a complaint on their website and 2 days later i got a phone call from someone that wanted to come and collect it. i allowed this and was a bit skeptical as it seemed to be a subcontractor with limited English ability and he did not even leave a slip with details when he took it.
7 days later he called me and made arrangements to deliver a new one, again no slip.
well I am most impressed as it all went flawles and I did not have to take it in myself. ( I could have taken it back to the popular chain store and tried there, but was so upset with the difficulty of transport, time and frustration, as well as blank looks normally received from such places, that I decided to call Kenwood direct)
