Kenwood Mixer make a Loud noise

We return a Kenwood Mixer to Makro because it make a load noise, after it return from Kenwood i ask them to test it, it make the same load noise, i refuse to take it. They phone Kenwood, and they said it is how it is suppose to sound. The problem is now that the repair is closed, and the Mixer is still in possession of Makro. I will not use it if it is that noisy.
