Late/ non delivey/ pathetic service

I regret the day I subscribed. I have been waiting for the camp chair I was promised since October 2012 after I had subscribed with both city press and sunday sun papers. Delivery is made very late, if they deliver at all. They duplicate my debit order every month... which costs me airtime, money and time I spend each time to request them to rectify. On each occasion, the agents at their offices promised to sort out my problem and to get back to me with good news... but not even one of them have fulfilled their promise, including their- hard- to- find- manager. I have called more than 8 times to complain about it. Obviously I have wasted my time. I have asked them to cancel the contract and to keep their camp chair. I will go back to the bank again to reverse the debit orders. Their service stinks... and that's for sure.
