BREACH OF CONTRACT BY MEDIA24

I received a call from Nomzamo from Media24 to subscibe with City Press with the amount of R45.50 per month for 4 editions per month. I was more interested to be the member as she promised me that the service goes hand in hand with the camps chair to the value of R120.00. I agreed to accept the offer as they were promised a cmp chair, but they only deliver newspapers for more than 4 month. I contacted Nomzamo several times and keeps on promising, until i request to liase with Noah Kgwele (Supervisor) and he was not willing to communicate with me telephonically. On the 30/ 04 2013 and 31/04/2013 I contacted them via e-mail but still they opened all my e-mails but they never worried themself to respond to my e-mails. On the 31 April 2013, I advice them that if they failed to deliver or communicate with me regarding the delivery of my camps chair, they can terminate my contract with immediate effect. I am more dissapointed with the way they treat me and my family. We have been affected as City Press was my weekend newspaper me and my family read.
