MY MONEY!!!

Me and my girlfriend decided to hire Leon to do monthly cleaning at our garden. I asked my girlfriend to enquire the prices and tariffs. He informed her that the prices are R1800 for a once off and R150 per day provided that we engage in a monthly service agreement. Feeling that the R150 is very reasonable I called and asked if he could provide us with his services twice a month after which he told me R150 for twice a month is too low. He agreed that he would visit twice a month for R500 a month which suited me fine.the arrangement was made and he pitched up right on time on the 15/02/2013.After he rendered the services he informed us that we owe him R1800 because the first time is a "once off" and only after that the monthly agreement kicks in. After having a few fights I told my girlfriend to pay him and i told him to never set foot there again. AFTER INSPECTION HE DID NOT EVEN DO THE GARDEN BEDDINGS AS THIS IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE ONCE OFF!!! SO BASICALLY HE CHARGED ME R1800 FOR CUTTING THE GRASS!!He informed me that he felt the amount of work was reasonable. BEWARE AS HE WILL CHARGE YOU FOR A ONCE OFF WITHOUT WITHOUT INFORMING YOU! MY OPINION IS HE FROM US My number is 0833838216
