Bad service

I bought an electrolux vacuum and it does not pick up dirt, I went to Game in Westgate and they sent it in for repairs. Electrolux told them I have to pay as it was just clogged up - which is not true at all, I clean the vacuum often and this problem started at the beginning when I just bought the vacuum. I dont think this is fair that they want me to pay for it as it is not my fault that there is something wrong with the vacuum. They returned the vacuum unrepaired and now I must just battle with their product which is not acceptable.
