Flora Niche
Valentines, no delivery, no response, no service

I ordered flowers from Flora Niche on the 12th of February for a delivery on Valentines day, flowers which have not arrived. Apart from getting a confirmation of my order and seeing the money come off my bank account I have no other correspondence from Flora Niche. I see there are a lot of similar complaints about his company on Hello Peter and wish I had checked the company before buying the flowers. I have tried to cancel the order though email as I live in the UK but as of yet I have not had a reply and I believe the telephones are not answered even today which is four days post Valentines day. So, to Flora Niche, you managed to spoil something that is meant to be special because you failed to deliver a service which you have already sold to us. Not only this, now that you have not delivered the service you don't provide any customer care or response which is the most frustrating thing.

If I do not have some sort of correspondence and do not see a refund in my account within the next working week then the next step is to log a complaint with the "National Consumer Tribunal" at [URL Removed] I urge everyone else who has not had service from Flora Niche to do the same
