Over charged

I applied for a moderm and i was informed that its R45 per month and confirmed that i dont want any top ups it must reamin at R45. the consultant confirmed more than 3 times that I will pay R45 per month. Im being over charged on a monthly basis. Im paying over R1800 there are charges that were not disclosed like connectivity fee of R180 my account is in arreas and Im paying penalty fees every month due to insufficient funds in my account.
