Rentokil
No refunded Money

Last week Rentokil had to come and spray out our house, before even making a booking my husband had to pay the money upfront before they would place a book which he did. On the day (after arranging to have some one wait for them, as both me and my husband work) they did not turn up. They had a power failur but did not bother to even imform us, my husband did try and contact them via email the lady had said that there was no one in the office, but would assist, but never got back to us. After the whole incident, they offered to spray out our house for above the service what we paid for, but we told them that we just wanted our money back please, we were assured that by the weekend the monies would be in our bank account. Stil nothing has been paid in. Once again proof Rentokil cannot not keep to their word. Not a company I would recommend at all.
