Rentokil
RE:- BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I called the Rentokil offices on several occasions and spoke to one Priscilla, she however kept on saying she'll return my call and to date I am still waiting for her to call me back. I phoned her on 5 February 2013 and was told by Priscilla that she'll call me back in "5 minutes" which to me is the last straw. Clearly this company is not interested in business!
