Rentokil
The product doesn't work!

I have two dogs and realized they had flees. Decided to fix the problem before the warm weather so treated them with Capstar which did the job but flees returned so contacted Rentokil to have the house sprayed. First appointment was October 11. Flees remained so called back for a re-treatment on October 25. Flees remained so called back for a third treatment on November 6. Still have flees in the house.
Two points. 1) everyone I dealt with at Rentokil has been extremely professional and friendly, usually responding promptly and meeting appointment times. 2) the product they are using just doesn't work. It is a. I have paid R 1254.00 and may as well have thrown the money away, apart from the huge amount of my time and energy that this has wasted.
I emailed Rentokil over the weekend asking for a response from management and a full refund and have had no reply.
