Rentokil
They clearly don't want customers

Phoned Rentokil this morning to get someone to come out and rid me of a termite problem. The only number on the webite is a call centre. After waiting 11 minutes it was finally answered. I was then told that they would take my details and get someone to phone me back as they don't make appointments. What is the point!!
Anyway a day later still no word or call back. Phoned again (4 minute wait this time) and was told someone would phone me back.

They make it so hard for anyone to want to deal with them that I decided to go elsewhere.
