Rude and arrogant business owner!

I had my Jeep sent to them to custom fit a nudge bar. On the day of collection of my vehicle, the "owner" goes out to start the vehicle??? Anyway. Minutes later (according to my brother who I had arranged to do the pick up on my behalf) my brother gets asked if the vehicle has spare keys as the car was left idling and the car locked itself (obviously as it is a security feature with vehicles to lock after being started for a couple of minutes) and so the owner says he will reimburse the diesel that was in the vehicle as it was his fault that the incident happened. my brother and one of the employees go to " Roodepoort " to my place of residence to get the spare keys for the vehicle and after just under an hour of returning with the spare set of keys gone is the culprit leaving a lousy R50.00 rand as damage control, bearing in mind that the car had a half a tank of diesel before the keys got locked in! So I make a call to " Steelite - Trevor the owner to ask what the deal with is on my reimbursement of my diesel which he was responsible for and he starts telling me oh mistakes happen and he is not responsible for what happened. To cut a story short, he is an arrogant rude man!!!
