Called the Pro's to sort out the ant issue - NOT

I called the Rentokil team (Pro's) to assist me with a ant challenge we are having. Paid took 2-3 weeks before they did the job. The ant challenge is not gone infact is worse that it was. I have contacted them to let them know and it as if they dont really care about it I must call the local branch to resolve this at the branches discression!! Not the service "Pro's" I was hoping for!
