No delivery on Valentines Day as per website

I placed an order for Valentines day for my husband but this order was not delivered. I tried calling simply flowers from 8am every hour until 5.15pm, all i got was a fax tone and still no delivery. I posted and sent emails on the website and still nothing, seems like i am not the only one who had this experience on Valentines day. Its a simply pathetic service and i want my money back, tried calling them today and its still a fax tone.
