Online delivery did not deliver on date

Ordered flowers online to be delivered at her work. First had a problem with website that jumps to wrong dates. Had it fixed to be delivered on valentines day (they did confirm with email). Flowers was not delivered and no response was given to why or when it will be delivered. Valentines day spoilt.
