On 08 January I preordered flowers for Valentines Day. Yesterday at lunch time I tried phoning both their cell numbers and left messages - no one returned my calls. I then sent them three emails asking when delivery would be and was told after 17:00! Can you believe this? On Valentines Day? Then I received an email saying sorry they couldn't deliver and would deliver the next day. Which flower delivery company gets a prebooking on 08 January for 14 February and then can't deliver. Take this as a warning. Rather stick to the ones who are concerned about their reputation. I asked for a refund and interest and although was refunded, Joseph threatened me if I reported him to Hellopeter.com. I said I have every right to report him and told him is reputation is his virtue?
