Short delivery and no one available

I ordered 24 roses from Flora Niche over the internet on Tuesday for Valentines Day. This morning my girlfrined said there was only 12 roses. But I paid R820 for a full 24 red roses. THus this is unaaceptable and is, as i did not get what i requested.

I have been trying to phone them the whole morning and emailing them, but there was no answer or the phones are off. This is really bad service and I will never ever buy from them again.

They will need to phone me today to apologise and rectify this by delivering 50 red roses to my girlfriend before the end of the day.
