Failure to complete orde

To whom it may concern,

CHECK ALL DELIVERIES FROM VALERIE!

I phoned Valerie's on the 30th of October 2013 to have a bundle of roses delivered to my fiance in Standerton since I was in in Johannesburg at the time. I was told that roses sold for R10 per roses, thus I asked what the cost would be for R200's red roses with greenery and delivery, I was told that the total would be R230. This I paid in to there account immediately and faxed the proof to them.

By the afternoon a very sad bundle of 11 roses was delivered to my affianced. When I contacted them today to have the problem rectified, I was told that I should have specified what I wanted and that I should remember that the number of roses are reduced when adding greenery! What manner of imbecilic argument is this?! I asked for R200's roses not a bundle of greenery with scattered roses! I don't mind paying more, just say so when I ask for a quote!
