Poor client service

Accident repairs. Collection of car for today. Car not finished due to a wrong part.car has been on the floor for more than sixty days. Kept on promising car will be ready. Mr Moses Williams really has a bad attitude towards his clients and don't actually care what is going on as he put down phone while talking to me. If he can't handle the stress he must change his job. Would really not recommend repairs by them due to poor client service and communication.
