WARNING!! Do not use this company

I orderd 12 roses for my Gilfriend on Valentines Day. It turned out that only 6 were delivered.

When trying to find out what the issue was, they had tunred off their phone, and responded via email to say they would look into it.

They then phoned my GF and forced her to collect the additional 6 Roses herself, and and said she had recieved the incorect order, even tho they do not sell 6 roses in a vase.

Then after sending then a ver snotty email out of complete anger I get a reply asking if I would like then to collect the roses and give me a refund.

I have never ever delt with such an incompitent and rude person in my life before, and all I can say is please be warned to never make use of anything they have to offe
